Shifting Ground 2025
A new contemporary dance work by Nadia Priolo & Dancers

Shifting Ground is an exciting new Contemporary Dance project that connects regional and state artists with young dancers from Western Australia’s Mid-West region.

Working in close collaboration with professional dancers Nadia Priolo and Jessica Pettitt, local youth will help shape and perform a new dance work, set to an original sound score by composer Dane Yates.

This Contemporary Dance work will be presented at the Queens Park Theatre on 19th July 2025, showcasing the vibrant energy and creativity of the Mid-West community.

Shifting Ground is a lively, engaging new piece that blends the stories, movements, and sounds of young dancers from the region. Change can bring both excitement and challenges, and this work celebrates that journey, creating a space where everyone can grow and collaborate.

Shifting Ground is proudly supported by Move n Groove, Dongara and All Things Dance, Geraldton, Queens Park Theatre and the Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries.
