Morning Melodies | FEVER - Tribute to Peggy Lee

Tuesday 6 March, 2018, 11.00 am

Time: 11.00 am

Venue: Queens Park Theatre

City of Greater Geraldton & QPT are delighted to present
FEVER - A Musical Tribute to Peggy Lee
as part of Morning Melodies.
There is no doubt that Peggy Lee was a singing sensation. However, there was much more to her life than singing. Peggy found herself drifting into composing, publishing outstanding tunes like “It’s a Good Day” and “Manana” featured in this sultry show.
'Avenue' is a well-experienced band ** Guitar, Bass, Sax & Drums ** and will accompany Joyce Mathers. Joyce will perform Peggy's most popular tunes while taking the audience through Peggy Lee's life and music. You will find yourself clicking your fingers to “Fever”, swing along to “I’m a Woman” and “Hallelujah I love him so” of “Big Spender”.
Come and join us for a trip down memory lane… Remember to bring your friends along!

Morning Melodies will start at 10am with morning tea and chatting with friends in the QPT foyer.
The performance will start at 11am sharp and is one hour long.
